We have been made aware of essential maintenance work from our direct debit payment processor starting at 13:00 on 23 July. We are expecting this maintenance window to last 1 hour.

During this window, direct debit mandate processing and setups will not be available. We will re-attempt any failed mandate payment requests which occurred during this time and so you may received a payment failure notification email. Payment failure emails sent between 13:00 and 15:00 on 23 July 2022 can be safely ignored.

Microsoft have reported multiple Microsoft 365 services are experiencing delays, connection and search issues and they are investigating the cause of this.

Users may encounter delays and experience failures when accessing some M365 services. Impacted services include but are not limited to:

  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online
  • Exchange Online (Outlook)
  • OneDrive for Business

Additionally, users may also encounter delays or errors when performing searches and utilizing calendar features in the impacted services.

Users may also experience failures when using search functions within the impacted services.

Microsoft are investigating an issue in which some users across Europe are experiencing delays or connection issues when accessing the Exchange Online service. This may affect access to emails/Outlook and reported issues include:

  • not being able to send/receive emails
  • server connections errors
  • mobile devices email sync errors

Our automated systems have detected website downtime for a number of our customers. This is understood to be a fault at our hosting providers data centre and they are looking into this further. We'll provide an update as soon as we have more information.
